I have been asked by management to see if we can restrict users's from being able to access our Jive portal outside of our network? They would need to be able to connect from work or via VPN? Can I limit their connection to our Company's public IP?
Reviewing through your inquiry this will most likely be possible, however I would suggest submitting a case in your secret customer group here in the Jive Community where the next available support engineer can assist in confirming IP restrictions are available for your specific version/instance of Jive and getting IP restrictions configured for your instance.
