    Seeking Clarification on Maintenance Release Notice for March 4


      HI, I need additional informaiton about this information sent on the March 4 Maintenance Release.


      We rely upon our instance 24/7 and need to notifiy our suppor tteams of the times our system is down. Is this an outage for 5 hours? Will it be down for 30 minutes during that time frame?





      All Jive-n and Jive-x production and preview instances will be upgraded to the 2016.1 Cloud Maintenance Release on Friday, March 4, 2016, or per any customer-specific service levels and terms. During this time, all services will not be available. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

      Your scheduled window for your maintenance is indicated below and based on the geographic region associated to your cloud instance:


      US 1 (Phoenix): 7:00PM - 12:00AM PDT (10:00PM - 3:00AM EST)
