    no answer in 2 weeks from support?

      I've sent 3 cases to support in a little more than 2 weeks ... zero responses to date.  Is anyone else seeing this problem?

       

      ** most questions/issues surrounding the outlook plugin ... main issue is on a new computer the indexing is stuck at 'collecting data', even tried reinstalling without any progress.
