    Users with same name causing Single Sign on issues


      We are having an issue where two of our users have the same name, Lindsay Jackson.  Our Active Directory sync with Jive created a profile in Jive for both of them.  However, when both of them log in, they are both logged in under the same Lindsay Jackson account.  When the Lindsay Jackson (Accounts Payable) logs in to Jive, the profile it assigns to her is for the other Lindsay Jackson (Land Technician).


      Do you know what is causing that issue?  Their separate profiles are correct, but why does it associate both of them to the same one?
