I'm sorry to hear about the mix up between the two Lindsays. Due to the complexity of the configuration, I would recommend submitting a support case in your private Jive Community customer group. Along with specific details, please also include:
- usernames for both Lindsays
- a copy of the LDIF from your IdP/Active Directory for both users
- Has this worked before, or is this the first time this has happened?
