    As a community owner how do I enable notifications for any open cases?


      Our organization has a Jive Cloud installation with an associated Jive Support community.  I am a Community owner and am the technical owner of our Jive instance.


      Is there a way to follow any open cases in our Jive Support community for our organization?  Our business managers will open cases for Jive Support investigation but I cannot figure out how to make myself aware of this.  Can anyone suggest a way of getting notifications of the Create Case event in our Jive Community?
