    Disabling Status Levels

      Hi,

       

      After the most recent update we noticed that the status levels have been enabled again. However, we cannot see the disable function anymore under Admin Console-People-Settings-Status Level Settings.

       

      Please advise.

          Hi Marianna,

           

          I'm sorry to see that status levels has been enabled in your environment.  I'm not aware of any issues at the moment to explain this occurrence, so this will require further investigation.  As for why you cannot see it, this may have to do with your permission levels or view, depending on your configuration.

           

          Please submit a support case in your private Jive Community customer group and a team member will be happy to investigate this further.
