Bianca Richman - this would depend on your organizations policies. By law if they created the intellectual property without ties to work it is their own intellectual property and can distribute it as they please. Similar to posting a video to YouTube and sharing it. However, some organizations have policies in place in their employee terms and conditions that it becomes "their property" once it hits their data exchanges. I would recommend checking with your Marketing department to be sure there are not any stipulations in place. Otherwise you and the physician are good to go!
