    Why does a user have to keep resetting password?

      I have a user that has to reset his password every time he wants to access our internal Jive supported website. Now he has to get his account approved to login but I can't find his account under the actions console or as an existing user in the admin console? How can I resolve this, and provide him uninterrupted access?

          Hi Ravi,

           

          This type of behavior is typically associated with an incorrect username being used when the user logs in. However, to confirm I would suggest submitting a case in your secret support group here in the Jive Community for follow-up by the next available support member. When you open the case if you can include a screenshot of the login page with the username of the user typed in, this will allow us to compare it against what is stored in your DB for verification.
