    How do I add the "create case" action in my community

      I want to add the same "Start a Case" feature in our Jive X community that exists in this customer community. Is that possible?

          Hi Joey,

           

          Thanks your interest in the "Start a case" action item. This is actually a customization to the Jive Community, so this won't be available out of the box. If you'd like to look into similar customizations, I would recommend working with Jive Professional Services (PS) or if you're developing this on your own, then I'd encourage posting the question to the Developer space for input from the greater development community, as development questions are outside the scope of Jive Customer Support.
