      I currently do not have the access to open the admin console in order to enable the Records Retention module/

          Reviewing through your inquiry I would recommend reaching out to the Community Manager of your instance as they should have the admin permission options available to elevate your permissions. Additionally, if you are not sure who your Community Manager is, please submit a case in your secret customer group here in the Jive Community and the next available support engineer can assist in looking into the details of your specific instance.
