    Resetting Rewards for all Players (Jive cloud)


      We have Jive SBS 2016.1.0.0 version and are having some issues with Rewards.


      Is there a way to deactivate all of the users or reset all players' accounts and points so that everyone is at 0 by the time we launch?


      Seems like the following issue Re: Deactivating a user in Jive Rewards doesn't work  may be what's affecting this, but would appreciate some confirmation
