We have Jive SBS 2016.1.0.0 version and are having some issues with Rewards.
Is there a way to deactivate all of the users or reset all players' accounts and points so that everyone is at 0 by the time we launch?

Reviewing through your request I would suggest submitting a case in your secret customer group here in the Jive Community so that the next available support engineer can assist in confirming if the issue outlined in Re: Deactivating a user in Jive Rewards doesn't work is impacting your instance. Additionally, they can assist having your users' points set to zero.
