    Unable to Download Invoice




      I am unable to download my invoice from the Premium Support window. The link is available but when I select the link, it tries to load 'Google Analytic's' page then fails to load anything. I assume this is something got to do with my security settings or browser (I have tried with Firefox and IE 11).

      Note 'Personalized Support' also does not load. Just see a blank square. Suspect this is also related.



      How do I download my invoice.
