I have tried about 7 times now to load the DAU/MAU report. I keep getting the following error message. I have also tried refreshing the page, and no luck. All the other reports load but this one will not. Is there a known issue with this report?
I just pulled up the DAU/MAU report in my local test instance:
so there does not appear to be a global issue impacting these reports. As such I would recommend submitting a case in your secret customer group here in the Jive Community, so that the next available support engineer can review through your instance's configuration and perform additional investigations into your specific instance.
