I understand you're looking to export content from your Jive environment without using PDF format. Unfortunately, there's no out of box tool to accomplish this. However, it may be feasible to use REST API. If you're a Jive hosted customer, you may also request a database dump along with all the attachments (you'll need to submit a support case) and develop your own tool to extract this.
Please note that both REST API and direct database extraction methods fall under development and are outside the scope of Jive Customer Support. If you're developing this yourself and have specific questions, I'd recommend posting it to the Developer space for guidance from the development community. Otherwise, I would encourage an engagement with our Professional Services (PS) team.

Thank you for the reply. When I tried to create a support case I wasn't able to select a group to "assign" the question to. Any thoughts? Our Jive contract has expired I believe so I suspect that is the issue (not allowing me to request support). I would really like to get a data dump if possible (I can develop the tools to extract the data once I have that).
