We at Abbott Vascular, using Wiki Clearspace to manage our knowledge articles. Suddenly we all(nobody in our company) not able to login to the software. It always says "Invalid username or password. Please try again."
With our investigation, we found that the application folder(jiveHome) in our server(where the application is deployed) is recently modified. We are not sure who made the changes and what changes have been made(We noticed that the home page is changed, refer screenshot). It looks like the application is lost its connectivity to LDAP and thats why it is not recognizing our credentials, but still we are not sure on how to troubleshoot. Kindly assist.
