We're going live with our Support Community very shortly, and we're in the process of testing out our Support Functionality with a couple of external customers. We work with some major financial institutions where browser security settings are higher than most.
We implemented our CRM Connector (Persistent) but found that this pop-up for Support does not appear with some of these customers. Have any of you experienced this issue before? If so, what did you do to solve it?
Any recommendations are appreciated.
