    Can an actionLink notify the user when the target performs an action?

      I'm working on an app where my user asks, e.g. a manager, for permission to access material in the app.  Currently, the actionLinks send a request to a backend URL to complete the enrollment.

      "actionLinks": [

          { "caption": "Approve", "httpVerb": "GET", "target": APP_APPROVE_URL },

          { "caption": "Reject", "httpVerb": "GET", "target": APP_REJECT_URL }

      ]

      Now I'd like the action to notify the user when the manager approves or rejects their request.  I was thinking to post a separate action to the user, which could include an actionLink with a URL, to complete the approval process.  But the openSocial spec doesn't include an option to include data in post requests.

      "actionLinks": [

          { "caption": "Approve", "httpVerb": "POST", "target": "/api/core/v3/activities" },

          { "caption": "Reject", "httpVerb": "POST", "target": "/api/core/v3/activities" }

      ]
