Are you asking about merging profiles? I don't think that is possible, at least not out of the box. I'm sure some Jive partners have developed a custom plugin or API call to accomplish this task though.
Does PTC still has a custom SSO? If one of your members created content under one company profile, then transferred to another company and created another account, and does not have access to their old account, there is a way to link them up to their old account and continue using it as their primary account by editing their user properties. It's been a while since I've done it but could show you how if you wanted to jump on a screen-share.
P.S. - who is the Community Manager at PTC these days?

A member has 4 accounts with 4 different emails.

If they have created content under all 4 accounts, I don't know of a way to make them the owner/author of all that content under one single account. I think it would make sense that whichever account has the most content created underneath it, should stand as the primary account going forward.
