We have been able to get support to add one for us in the past and it still is working. However when we attempted to get them to add another one a couple of months ago we were shot down.

While this is not currently an option in the Jive Cloud offering, our Product Management team does have this on the roadmap for the 2016.2 release ( Jive Release Schedule ) of the Jive Cloud platform.
