Hi - Do community members still receive an email notification (if they've enabled them) when a System Announcement is published, or was this removed in a recent release?
UPDATE: I see "Send Inbox Notifications" is still a setting, but messages are not being sent. I will switch this over to a Case.
I can confirm that if the box to Send Inbox Notifications was checked and the user is following Inbox Activity for All Activity and Email, as shown below, then they should still receive emails.
I see that you have created case in your private support group. For privacy, our support team will respond to it to obtain more specific details for which users are not receiving the emails.
