    Custom theme changes intermittently revert to old version for some users


      We use a custom theme for our Jive instance. I modified the navbar.soy file to change some menu options on our site. I then uploaded the theme and the changes were successful for most of our users. This is  what the menu looks like now:



      We had several users that still saw the old version of the navigation menu. Which is below:

      I believed this to be a caching issue on the local users' machine that would eventually resolve itself with time and/or refreshing.

      However, now we have a new user with a brand new laptop that was seeing the updated menu until today, when the old version of the menu appeared in her browser.


      This leads me to believe the caching is on the JIVE server side. Has anyone seen before? Any suggestions to resolve?
