Generally whatever page you're on gets passed to the SSO endpoint when logging in. Its the SSO endpoints responsibility to include that original referrer url when posting back to Jive's /saml endpoint. I believe this is included in a cookie at that point.
If you need to override the original referring page, you may need to override the Referer header when sending redirecting to your SSO endpoint, or including some other header or query parameter that your SSO endpoint will handle and send back to Jive when logging in the user.
