I need my personal community manager for jive so i can ask them to authorize an add-on. Not sure who mine is or how to find them
That is really a specific question for your community, Ryane. It is best practice for this information to be made clear somewhere obvious in your community, perhaps within the help and support space? My best suggestion would be to search for 'community manager' within your instance and to then filter by people to see who is returned. Else can you ask your IT support organisation?
