Our admin enabled video download on our community page, but I don't see download as an option when I play a video. I see "Edit Video", "Move Video" etc, but no option to download. How can I get the option to download?

Once the video download option is enabled in your instance you should see the following option appear on video type content:
However, if this option is missing, please submit a case in your secret customer group here in the Jive Community and the next available support engineer can assist with further investigations specific to your instance.
