    Producteev Blank Red Error

      All of our user are experiencing a error message when trying to add notes to the system today.  No error message is displayed in the message box, when trying to add notes or update addresses, we get the blow red bar across the top of the screen for a few seconds, then it disappears.  Any assistance would be appreciated.
