Following - I see several comments about points not calculating. It would be great to hear from Jive what are the known bugs. My company will be rolling out Jive end of month and using Rewards.

I have checked in with our ops team and there was a delay in processing rewards activity yesterday (now resolved), so this could have been the cause of the behavior you were seeing. However, if you continue to see issues with point calculations I would recommend submitting a case in your secret customer group here in the Jive Community so that the next available support engineer can assist with further investigations into your specific instance.
