Jesse Fuller responded to a question I asked regarding box integration, and in part of his response he said "I would recommend submitting a case in your secret customer group here in the Jive Community". My question is, how do I access my secret customer group?
Also, is there any way to contact Jive support directly via phone? ..or even email? Communicating with support only via Jive has been incredibly frustrating to say the least.
