    After enabling User Decay to 9 months, we see 3yr since-last login accounts still active.


      Hey all, we're on v8 of Jive and just recently enabled User Decay and set it to 9 months.


      Though we did see an immediate "pruning" of active users, we did some reports and noted that there are still some Users who have accounts over that timespan (since last login) and are still active.


      So we were wondering if there was any other behind-the-scenes logic that might have excluded them, such as group membership, particular account settings, etc.
