We have a user who can't log into our Producteev network.
His account avatar appears greyed out.
He has tried to rejoin the network but with no joy, using his email and password details, he gets prompted to create a new network, like a new user.
We can't send him an invite to join the network as we get a message saying the as invite already exists... but he can't find the invite, and we can't see any pending invites.
Can anyone help?
