    Unauthorized Access


      HI there. I've been getting a lot of "Unauthorized Access" messages when I click on various links in the Jive Community or in the email digests I receive from Jive. I am a customer, and I'm getting these for links I'm clicking on in groups I belong to and in emails that are being sent directly to me, not forwarded by colleagues. This is really frustrating. Can you help me resolve this?
