From your screenshot above, it's possible this is a caching issue. To verify, you should be able to clear your browsers caches as a quick check. However, if this does not resolve the issue I would recommend submitting a case in your secret customer group here in the Jive Community so that the next available support member can assist with further investigations specific to your instance.
I cleared my cache and it did not fix the issue. I opened a case. Thanks a lot.
