    Unable to change password


      I assigned an email address that we had used in the past to a new employee and she does not get the lick to reset the password. The user is not a federated account and she is missing the change password option in their profile.  When she tries to logs in, she can only see the option "forgot password".  When she chooses that option and enters her email to receive a link to reset the password, she does not get the email to reset her password.  She is not seeing the message in her spam filter.  I would like to open a case up for additional investigation.
