    I continue to receive an error when I connect to the Jive community through Jive for Outlook

      For about 2 weeks now I continue to get the following error when I try to connect to the Jive Community (https://community.jivesoftware.com/ ) through Jive for Outlook. I have had this connection before and one day it stopped working for me about 2 weeks ago. I have updated my Jive for Outlook to the newest version 30.5.0 and it still does not work.


      I have confirmed I am using the correct credentials, otherwise I wouldn't be able to post this question in the support community. Here is the error I am receiving:
