We're unable to send private messages within our JIVE deployment. Any attempt to use the direct message function is met with the following error: "Temporarily unable to send messages. Please contact your system administrator for further assistance."
I have checked to ensure that Private messaging is not disabled in the admin console, and also confirmed that "Real-time" is disabled. Any advice would be appreciated.
