      Hi ,

       

      After JIVE got moved to cloud instance, we are not able to load JIVE sandbox instance https://insightuat.keysight.com/ . Are we missing the test URL?, Please advise.

          Hi Chitra,

           

          Reviewing through your description it's possible you are seeing the expected beahvior as Jive Cloud instances do not typically include a UAT instance. As such, if you migrated from a Hosted installation to a Jive Cloud instance it's possible a UAT instance was not purchased in the process. To confirm I would recommend either reaching out to your account manager (Contact - Jive Software ) or submitting a case in your customer group here in the Jive Community and the next available member of our support team can assist in reviewing through your available instance's and/or reaching out to your account manager.
