It can be difficult to say exactly why this is happening for you without looking more in the Outlook logs. For this particular issue, I would recommend opening a case in your private support group. In the case, if you don't mind providing the Outlook logs along with the following questions. - Has this issue been occurring since installation, or was it working fine then stopped?
- Who is impacted by this issue? Is this happening to multiple Jive users or only you?
- Was this installed via the EXE or MSI file?
- Was it installed for "Only me" or "All users"?
This will allow our Support team to review your specific error and investigate the issue accordingly.
I've had the same pop-up over the last few weeks - most recently this morning (my computer had been off over the long weekend).
FYI - we do have a case open and I have submitted logs... I am a little concerned on the next steps they are asking of me on this though.
