I have run through a couple of tests in a local Jive Cloud instance, however have not been able to replicate the behavior pictured above. As such, it's possible this is a local caching issue in your browser. To rule this out I would suggest attempting from a different browser to see if the issue persists. Additionally, if you clear out your browser's ccokies and caches does the tile display fully?
If these steps do not resolve the issue I would recommend submitting a case in your customer group here in the Jive Community as a next step, where a member of our support team can further investigate your instance.
