    Why sometime users receive notifications & some times they don't?


      Why there is an inconsistency in receiving notifications from Jive. Sometimes users receive notification and sometimes they don't. When all the settings and everything is same. Last time a posted a content of Jive space and all registered users received a notification. However this time when I posted a content at the same place nobody received a notification.

          Reviewing through your description I would recommend submitting a case in your customer group here in the Jive Community so that the next available member of our support team can perform investigations into your specific issue for additional information. When submitting the case if you could include the following, it should assist them:


          1. A link to the content which did not send out a notification

          2. A couple of example accounts which you were expecting to receive a notification but did not

          3. Can you clarify if you are referring to notifications in your Jive instance or an email notification sent to the user
