          Hi Robert,

           

          From your description it's possible you are seeing the expected beahvior as this can take up to a few hours (or even days depending on content size) to complete since the indexing is taking place on the client side machine (users PC).

           

          However, if the process is not completing after a few days I would recommend submitting a case in your customer group here in the Jive Community for additional investigation by the next available support engineer. When you submit a case if you could include the Microsoft Office logs from the specific machine (How to Find the Jive for Office and Outlook Logs ) this should assist with their investigation.
