Any experience in integrating Jive 8+ with Adobe Experience Manager, including use of a web crawler?

We are exploring the possibility of pulling content from Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) into our Jive 8 instance.  Although a number of possible development routes are available (including the Rest API) was curious if you are aware of any customer or professional services experiences around doing the integration that we could perhaps leverage or learn from.

On a separate but related note, one option given to us by our AEM experts was to use a web crawler to pull back the AEM content - I didn't see that as a current feature of jive but wanted to be sure.

      Thank you.

          Hi Tim,

While Jive does support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) out of the box, there are a couple of options I would suggest.

          1. You might find the External Communities and Internal Communities groups helpful places where you can collaborate with other community managers on possible integrations they have performed in the past.

          2. If you are interested in developing an integration with the Adobe Experience Manager service, you might also find the Developer space helpful.

          3. If you would like assistance developing a custom integration for your instance our Professional Services team can also assist in determining the scope of the project and assist in developing a custom solution for your instance. If you are interested in this option please either reach our to your account manager or submit a case in your customer group here in the Jive Community and the next available member of our support team can assist in getting an engagement started for you.

          Thanks!
