2016.2 Bug - Syntax Highlighter lines do not match up to code

Using the new RTE and Content Evolution, large blocks of code added to the Syntax Highlighter has the line numbers not match up properly to the actual lines of code. This shows properly in Edit mode, but not when the piece of content is saved.

I thought this was a font-size issue, but it actually appears that the line numbers on the page are listed with a different font-family than the code block (this can be seen by Inspecting in Chrome)

The code block's font-family (code[class*=language-], pre[class*=language-]) is set to "Consolas,Monaco,Andale Mono,Ubuntu Mono, monospace", but the line-numbers-rows font-family is set to "Monospace". Changing the code block to just "Monospace" makes this show properly when Inspecting, but I'm not sure if that is the proper fix from the Jive side (just makes it display properly on that specific page load for me).
