    Correct Version of the Document is not rendering for all users



      I was wondering if someone can help me figure out why the version I see on my computer is different than someone else.  I am the space admin and have updated a few documents today and published the changes. I see the correct version reflected in the community. However, I have had co-workers let me know they don't see the edits and to find out they still see the old version.  I am not encountering the issue but probable because its cached for me since i made the edits.


      I tested with another computer (my personal laptop), test on Safari, Chrome, and Firefox and I see the old version which is 10 and the version that should be reflected is version 12.


      has anyone ran into this issue? is there  a fix or is there an issue with the Jive platform?
