    JiveX Cloud - Advanced Gamification Bug - "Me in 3" no longer is appearing the profile hover or the reputation

      Hello!!!  Just want to see if anyone else is having this same issue.  Me in 3 for advanced gamification

       

      Case was submitted on 7-Jul by our vendor 7Summits, I've contacted our Jive Account Manager this week, and just requested an escalation due to lack of response around resolution timing.

       

      Anyone else having this issue?   Any other thoughts on getting this resolved?

       

      Honestly, I'm a bit frustrated here.  We have a planned Marketing Launch on Sept 15th and signed a 3 year agreement on Dec 30th, 2015 and want to use this functionality!!!
