I'm trying to figure out how to change the Primary Community Manager name from Admin to an actual user. Our welcome emails currently have a signature from admin and it doesn't actually link to anyone in the community. I did a search and found this How do I change the email source for welcoming letters? and asked my question and was told that on Cloud you can't change this in the normal way and they suggested that I post in Jive Support.
Is there a way for me to change this?
