    Inbox always showing unread items after reading all (known bug?)


      This case serves to ALERT Jive Support that there appears to be a bug occurring with one (that I know of) of our MHE users.  After toggling between all filters to see all notifications/unread items, users still cannot locate the missing inbox items.  Based on the question I found linked below, I will instruct our user to select "Mark all read" to clear the box.  Please confirm that this is still the course of action.

      Inbox shows I always have one unread notification in the Jive Community, but at the same time says I have: No unread items
