      Hi,

       

      How can we configure a user for full admin access so that the user can modify and configure SSO attributes/saml settings?

          Hi elam,

           

          If you are accessing a Jive on-prem or custom build any member who is currently a full access admin can assign out this permission level to users in your instance.

           

          Or, if you are accessing a Jive Cloud instance and would like access to the SSO configuration pages, please submit a case in your customer group here in the Jive Community and a member of our support team can assist in providing an account access to these options.

              I am not sure where to look for my customer group. Is it an overall group for all Jive Cloud hosted customers or is there a dedicated group per customer?

                  Hi Elam,

                   

                  This is dedicated group per customer which can be found at the top of this page via the get help >> myJive group link:

                  Or, if you are not taken to your customer group, please reach out to the community manager of your instance as they should have access to add you as a member to this group.
