    Not receiving email notifications.


      We have an issue whereby notification emails are only being received by 50 per cent of the network members, our IT department has suggested the following should be checked by the producteeve team as they believe this is an issue with SendGrid (producteeve's email management service):


      The 1st header in emails from Producteev.com are via sendgrid.net (Received: from [] (localhost []) by  ismtpd0004p1iad1.sendgrid.net (SG) with ESMTP id xrhtQo4FSKqMaXTglyk3VQ) is it possible that some email addresses @ ecutesting.com are blocked, due to recent bounces, if so please remove the block/bounces for all addresses at ecutesting.com


      Can someone please let me know if this message will be seen by someone on the Producteeve team?
