Thank you Jesse. I went through the thread and there doesn't seem to be any steps for Jive in the cloud. I don't have an email server tab in my settings menu in the admin console. I just need to change any email coming from the Jive Software platform from "Jive" to "The Hub". Is that something that I can do (if so, need the steps) or is that a setting that only Jive Support can control?
