However, if you are still seeing items dropped into moderation which should not be, please submit a case in your customer group as a next step and a member of our support team can assist with further investigations specific to your instance. When submitting the case, if you could include a link to a piece of content that was moderated, which you were not expecting, that should assist in their investigation.

I've checked Space Moderation, Content Moderation. Global moderation.
Everything is disabled, but yet we saw warnings that content is being moderated.
Now it's gone. But moderation gets activated despite actions of global admins (no one turns it on).
I see that it isn't turned on globally, only for some of the spaces, and it also had been enabled for different content types (blog posts, documents) till today.
Here are few pieces of content that showed us that moderation is back:
Moderation warnings when adding comments
Comments were added by author of document (global admin with all available rights granted), also by other global admin with same rights
Moderation warning after discussion was created
Created by global admin (with all available rights granted)
