I have had several of these. Not sure what we are paying for. No one answers and no one seems to reply to these messages here. They do manage to charge me monthly though. I think they are going out of business, it is the only thing I can think of. Time to move on.
I know that the folks responding to the support emails have a huge volume right now to respond back to. We appreciate your patience with the response process.
I don't agree with this. I am paying for the "personalized support" that states they should come back to me in 24 hours.
I still don't have a response from the team and my issue is still there. When should I expect them to come back? Did I missundertood and the personalized support is actually 24 months not 24 hours?
